Terms of Sale

Last updated: July 2026

The short version: you're buying a digital download for your own use. Because it's instantly delivered digital content, you agree at checkout to waive the usual 14-day cancellation window — but if something's genuinely wrong with it, email us and we'll be human about it.

1. What you're buying

The Self Assembled UK Business Launch Pack: a downloadable bundle containing the step-by-step guide (PDF), a budget planner spreadsheet, a privacy policy template, and a DNS cheat sheet. Delivery is by download link immediately after payment, with a receipt emailed by our payment processor, Stripe. Updates to this edition of the pack are included — re-download whenever you like via your receipt.

2. Your licence

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the pack for setting up your own business (or a single business you're directly involved in launching). You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish the pack or substantial parts of it. The templates (privacy policy, budget planner) may of course be adapted and published as part of your own business — that's what they're for.

3. Cancellation and refunds

4. What the pack is (and isn't)

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with the pack is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruption arising from use of the pack.

6. Who we are

Self Assembled is the trading name of Andrew Howe, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Correspondence address: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@selfassembled.co.uk.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: hello@selfassembled.co.uk.
